The above prices are per week and per apartment, stay from Saturday to Saturday.

The stay starts at 15.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 9.00 am on the day of departure.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

All initial linen (sheets, bathroom linen and kitchen)

Change of towels on Tuesday

Further change on Fridays of all the linen (kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linen), for stays longer than a week with the RIORDINO of the apartment excluding kitchenette;

Water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, heating

KIT NEONATO (camping cot complete with linen, high chair, tub for the bath, bed for the bed), to be requested at time of booking until exhaustion

Guarded parking space from 20 May to 20 September

Use of adult bicycles, even with child seats, subject to availability

LED TV in every room

Ironing board and iron

Solarium with sunbeds and shower available to customers

Wi-Fi connection in all the apartments and in the common areas

Reception and Concierge

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

Compulsory final cleaning (excluding the cooking corner, the Management can hold an additional Euro 50 if not in order)

 Two-room apartment, for a total of 55 €

 Amethyst, for a total of 70 €

 Pearl, for a total of € 90

Supplement of € 15 for the cleaning of the apartment in the presence of animals

Tourist tax: 0.80 cents per person per day up to a maximum of 7 nights, children up to 12 years free

PETS ALLOWED

Small pets are allowed, one per apartment, to be communicated at the time of booking after the consent of the Management.

The Management has the right to withhold from the security deposit paid by the customer on arrival the refund for any damage caused by the animal during the stay.

BOOKING

The booking of the stay must be confirmed by paying a deposit equal to 30% of the cost of the stay, the remaining must be paid upon arrival together with a deposit of € 200 which will be returned upon departure after verification of the apartment and equipment.

CANCELLATIONS / RENUNCIATIONS

The deposit is not refunded (art.1385 c.c.). If the booking is canceled at least 60 days before the day of arrival, the Management grants the possibility to use the deposit already paid for another holiday stay (of a duration equal or greater) throughout the year, subject to availability.
