What to see

Misano is mostly known as a summer holiday destination, especially for families.

Its waterfront has been completely upgraded in 2010 by Paolo Portoghesi. The dominant element is of course the sea, which are reflected in the colors, in the waves and its inhabitants: mermaids, oysters with pearls, sea urchins and polyps become fountains and mosaics that color and enliven the walk.

Worth a visit even Portoverde, one of the first marinas were born on the Adriatic coast: the ideal place for an aperitif or a lunch with a view on the charming harbor.

However, Misano Adriatico sa reserve many surprises. April, for example, is very appreciated by cyclists who can enjoy the routes in the hinterland of the Valley of the Basin and towards the sea in the Park of Monte San Bartolo.

Our hinterland, in fact, with magnificent views of the rolling green hills, interrupted by the fabulous Villages of the medieval era, all to discover and visit. Not to mention, then, of the presence of’natural Oasis located along the river Basin.

For shopping enthusiasts, you cannot miss the Antique Market, which takes place every Thursday evening in Misano Adriatico: a unique opportunity to walk along the streets and browsing the shops in the city centre and the boutique shops of the promenade.
