Residence Perla offers different types of apartments, all spacious and comfortable and equipped with every comfort including tv in all rooms. The ground floor apartments are equipped d’an independent entrance with armored door and private patio, while others are accessible by lift and are equipped with a private balcony or terrace.

Some of the apartments are also equipped for the disabled.
